Big B Sustains Injury , Says In Blog He’ll Be Back

Pakyong, 6 March : Bollywood actor and superstar Amitabh Bachchan sustained an injury while shooting for his movie “Project K” in Hyderabad. According to reports, he injured his rib cartilage during an action scene.

The 80-year-old actor shared the news of his injury on his blog, informing his fans that he is currently resting and recuperating. It is expected that Bachchan will take about a week to recover, following which shooting for the movie will resume.

In may be recalled that Superstar Amitabh Bachchan famously sustained a life-threatening injury while filming the movie “Coolie” in 1982.

During a fight scene with co-star Puneet Issar, Bachchan was supposed to fall onto a table and then onto the ground.

However, due to a mistimed jump, he hit his abdomen on the corner of the table and suffered a ruptured spleen. Bachchan was immediately rushed to a hospital, where he underwent a critical surgery and remained in a coma for several days. The incident sparked a wave of prayers and well-wishes from fans across the country.

Thankfully, Bachchan made a full recovery and went on to become one of the most iconic actors in Bollywood history.
