Cops seize doda post worth ₹45L

Jaisalmer: Doda post (opium poppy) worth about Rs 45 lakh kept in 76 sacks was seized from a private bus and a man was arrested in this connection at Balotara in Barmer district on Friday night. Police said the doda post, weighing 1,403.9 kg, was seized before it was to be supplied to a location in RIICO area of Balotra.
The bus, which came from Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, was intercepted near Shani Dev temple.
