Panaji: The fourth edition of the ‘Property Expo’ was inaugurated by the state BJP president Sadanand Shet Tanavade on Saturday at the Old GMC complex in Panaji.

The event is for everyone looking for a home because it showcases housing projects from renowned real estate developers, including everything from luxury apartments to more affordable homes.

The event, which is organised by ‘The Navhind Times’, a renowned newspaper in Goa, has brought together real estate developers, builders, financial institutions, and homebuyers under one roof, providing aspiring homebuyers from all over the state with an ideal platform to choose their dream home.

At the expo, there was a sizable gathering of real estate developers, investors, and property lovers from all over the state who are eager to look at a variety of properties, including homes, villas, businesses, and land for sale. The exhibition is open till Sunday at 7 p.m.

“It’s a great initiative by ‘The Navhind Times’ to host such an expo every year because it helps to get rid of misrepresentations and fake agents, improve market transparency, and foster buyer confidence. For the past three years, this expo has facilitated interactions between buyers and sellers and information sharing about the most recent market trends and investment opportunities in the industry,” stated Shet Tanavade.

He pointed out that ‘The Navhind Times’ has been instrumental in organising the expo and promoting the real estate sector in the state. In the past, the event has received tremendous support from developers, investors, and the general public, making it a

huge success.

The ‘property expo’ is a major event in the real estate calendar of Goa, and the fourth edition is even bigger and better than before. With the participation of top developers, builders, and real estate professionals, the event is expected to be a hub of activity

until Sunday.

The expo features a number of developers and builders, including Risara, Alcon, Devashri, Vision Dempo, and Jai Bhuvan, among others.

The event on Saturday drew a sizable crowd of attendees, many of whom traveled from other regions of the state to learn about the recent ongoing projects in the real

estate sector.

“The property expo is a great opportunity for us to get a sense of the market and see what’s new in the industry. It’s also a chance to interact with developers and get a better understanding of the projects they are working on,” said a visitor from Mapusa.
