J&K DGP assures of security arrangements in region ahead of G20 event

Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh on March 5 spoke about the security arrangements in Jammu & Kashmir ahead of G20 events. “G20 events are being organised in Jammu & Kashmir, and we are making all possible security arrangements for the smooth organisation of these events,” DGP Dilbag Singh said. Further, he said, “Narcotics and weapons together being smuggled from Pakistan now. These weapons go to terrorists & proceeds from sale of narcotics used in terrorist activities. All accused in the Poonch case will be unearthed and action will be taken against them. These days cash is also being sent through drones and also along with IEDs by Pakistan-based agencies.”
