8:45 a.m. — We’re about to tip things off for Day 3 inside Denver Coliseum. The final day of quarterfinal play begins with No. 12 Regis Jesuit taking on No. 4 Monarch (24-1) in the Class 6A girls quarterfinals. Monarch is trying to avenge its lone loss of the season (50-36 at Regis) and qualify for the Final 4 for the first time in eight years. — Matt Schubert
