Timothy D Shira sworn in as Pro-tem Speaker of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly

Former Deputy Speaker of Meghalaya Assembly and National People's Party MLA Timothy D Shira on March 04 sworn in as Pro-tem Speaker of Meghalaya Legislative Assembly. Meghalaya Governor Phagu Chauhan administered oath to Shira in Shillong on Mar 04. The ceremony was also attended by state Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma.
