BENGALURU: A special fast-track court hearing cases registered under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act on Friday held a 38-year-old man guilty of sexually harassing a seven-year-old girl in 2014.
Special judge K Roopa sentenced him to five years' imprisonment and slapped a fine of Rs 75,000. K Krishnappa, resident of Avalahalli in Byatarayanapura and a daily-wage worker, was arrested on October 25, 2014, following a complaint filed by the girl's mother. He got bail on May 21, 2015.
