Actor Shahid Kapoor’s pretty wife, Mira Rajput has been a true beauty aficionado. She often shares her favourite use at home DIY beauty hacks with her social media followers. Here’s a collection of 10 beauty tips that are a secret of Mira Rajput’s glow:
Mira swears by using raw milk as a toner for her skin. She soaks up a cotton ball in a mixture of milk and rose water and applies it to her face.
Mira steeps coconut oil, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, amla powder, and neem powder with seven to eight hibiscus leaves and two hibiscus flowers. She also adds Brahmi to the oil mix.
The ever-glowing skin of Mira is courtesy of a yogurt and gram flour face pack. She loves to mix the 2 ingredients and apply it whenever her skin needs a quick pick-me-up.
Mira uses basil water to calm down any nasty zits that occasionally appear on her face. Soak some basil in water and apply it to the pimple.
Instead of picking harsh active ingredients for her skin, Mira Rajput swears by rubbing half a lemon on her face. She rubs it on her skin until it becomes brush-like and brightens and exfoliates the skin.
Mira loves to mix a pinch of haldi with a spoonful of honey and applies it to her skin for a quick glow-boosting effect.
Mira often applies multani mitti on her skin to control excess sebum and detoxify it. She makes a mask of it by experimenting with ingredients like mashed papaya and milk.
To get that quick radiance boost, Mira slathers on a mask made with orange peel on her skin. It helps in brightening her complexion.
Mira is a firm believer that beauty reflects from within and not just by applying things to your face. She drinks coconut water, does snehapana (Ayurvedic practice of drinking ghee), and consumes dry fruits for that glowing and hydrated skin.
