The Everett Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened overnight.

At about 1 a.m. on Thursday, officers were called to a shooting in the 8200 block of 11th Drive West, where they found an injured man.

The victim was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.

No suspect information has been released.

The Everett Police Department Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
