An unfortunate incident happened in Tamil Nadu's Salem district where a 21 year old man choked to death as a piece of bread stuck to his throat.

As per reports, the 21 year old was training for the upcoming state level bodybuilding championship when he had bread at a break during the workout session.

He was a contestant in the under 70 kilo category. During the accident he was working out at 8pm.
