Supreme Court to hear petition of Atique Ahmed on Mar 17

Supreme Court on March 02 agreed to hear the petition of the Mafia Atique Ahmed on March 17, said his lawyer Haneef Saulat Khan. Speaking to ANI, Lawyer Haneef Saulat Khan said, “Supreme Court and honourable Chief Justice agreed to hear the petition on March 17. We demand security and Atique should not be handed over to UP Police. If it is so much important then he must go under Gujarat Police or CRPF protection.”
