MADITSSIA holding vendor development programme with CPSEs

Madurai, Mar 2 (KNN) Madurai District Tiny & Small Scale Industries Association (MADITSSIA) is hosting a Vendor Development Programme cum Industrial Exhibition on March 7 and 8, 2023.
During the event MSMEs from southern districts will get an opportunity to connect with Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) which will help create market linkages for better implementation of Public Procurement Policy for MSMEs.
Chairman of the exhibition L Aravind told the reporters that it is a key objective to create awareness and educate MSMEs about the importance of procurement through GEM Portal and e-Tendering is an important objective.
Participants include Liquid Propulsion Centres, Mahendragir and Thiruvananthapuram, Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project, Heavy Vehicle Factory, Heavy Water Plant, Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, Southern Railways, Madurai, Southern Railway Parcel Services, Madurai, Port Trust of India etc.
Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Ordnance Factory, Trichy, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, India Post and private companies like TVS Sri Chakra, JK Fenner India Ltd, and TVS Sundaram Industries will also be a part of the exhibition. (KNN Bureau)
