SHRC notice to police & district hospital on stray dogs killing 28-day-old in Sirohi

Jaipur: The state human rights commission has taken suo motu cognizance of the incident of stray dogs lifting a 28-day-old infant from the district hospital and mauling it to death. It has issued notice to the SP and the superintendent of the district hospital, Sirohi, seeking a report by March 14. tnn
