A 37-year-old man is facing two counts of murder after reportedly fatally shooting two people and injuring a third early Wednesday morning after a shooting outside a Northeast Side bar.

Jonathan Pigram, of the East Side, was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with two counts of murder and a single count of felonious assault in connection wtih the shooting outside Cheers Too, a bar on the Northeast Side.

The shooting was reported around 2:20 a.m. Wednesday in the parking lot outside a strip mall where Cheers Too is located on the 6000 block of Cleveland Avenue.

Officers who responded to the scene found multiple people shot in the parking lot outside the strip mall.

According to Franklin County Municipal Court records, Pigram was found hiding behind a vehicle in the parking lot with a firearm. He was taken into custody without incident. Multiple witnesses reportedly identified Pigram as the shooter.

A 41-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were pronounced dead at the scene. A third person was taken to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition. Police later said that victim is expected to survive their injuries.

Police have not yet released the names of the man and woman who were killed.

The strip mall is also home to Crazee Mule Pub and Grill, where a deadly shooting occurred on Jan. 23. In that shooting, 51-year-old Rudy Tirado-Gonzalez was killed following an argument inside the bar.

A suspect in that case, 25-year-old Armando Flores, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with Gonzalez's death.
