EAM S Jaishankar draws clear line, says 'BBC must follow Indian laws'

Union external affairs minister Dr S Jaishankar told the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) that it must comply with rules that are applicable on Indian soil, sources said. Sources further said that the UK foreign minister brought up the BBC tax issue during his meeting with Dr S Jaishankar where he firmly said that all entities operating in India, must comply fully with relevant Indian laws and regulations.
