SAMBALPUR: A BTech computer science girl student of VSSUT, Burla, went missing in the power channel of Hirakud dam after she jumped into it from the PC bridge on NH-53 on Tuesday. Police said Chinmayee Priyadarshini from Balangir, jumped into the power channel after receiving her degree in the convocation on Tuesday. The reason of suicide is yet to be ascertained. tnn
