'Arrangements in place for smooth conduct of counting of votes in Meghalaya'

All arrangements are in place for smooth conduct of counting of votes in Meghalaya, Sibhi Chakrawarthy Sadhu, East Khasi Hills deputy commissioner, said on Wednesday. "For the inner layers, CRPF and paramilitary forces will be guarding the counting halls and for the outer layers will be guarded by the armed state police," he said.
