Manish Sisodia moves Supreme Court over his arrest in liquor scam case, seeks urgent listing

Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia has moved the Supreme Court challenging his arrest and 5-day custody. He has also questioned the way in which the CBI is carrying out investigation in the liquor scam case. Sisodia's legal team has sought an urgent listing in the Supreme Court. The CBI has accused Manish Sisodia of not cooperating in the probe and it says that is the reason why he had to be arrested.
