AAP slams BJP after Manish Sisodia's arrest in Delhi excise case

HUBBALLI: The Aam Aadmi Party state working president, Ravichandra Nerabenchi, has condemned the arrest of Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and said that the BJP has arrested him because of the rise of AAP in the country.
He said that there was nothing wrong with Delhi's excise policy.
It should be noted here that the new policy is yet to be implemented in Delhi and it is in force in many states. Although central investigators have been targeting Sisodia for nearly a year, not a shred of evidence has been found to substantiate the allegations, he said.
Sisodia was arrested on Sunday after eight hours of questioning by the CBI in the excise case.
