For a high end GPU (like RTX 3070 or RTX 3080, or any GPU with 120+ watt TBP), you can consider a higher watt PSU as well.
The one I suggested is good for an RX 6600, 6600 XT or RTX 3060.
XPG Pylon 650w is a good PSU, but costs 4.1k.
