Double-engine govt is making efforts to develop Karnataka villages: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the inaugural event of the Shivamogga International Airport said that the BJP extended efforts to develop the remotest areas. “Earlier, when the development of Karnataka was discussed, it used to remain confined to big cities. But the double-engine government is making efforts to extend it to Karnataka’s villages, and tier 2 and 3 cities. The development of Shivamogga is the result of that mindset,” said the PM on February 27.
