Karti Chidambaram: 'Can't speak for Congress party, but I have complete trust in EVMs'

Congress leader Karti Chidambaram reacted to the EVM issue that has been raised by Congress. While speaking to ANI on February 25, he said, “As far the EVM is concerned, I know that our party has many different views. I have a personal view of the EVM and I trust the machine. We have both won and lost elections with EVMs. The EVM is a robust and standalone machine that doesn’t operate on any network. I completely believe in the efficacy of the EVM.”
