Mickey J. Meyer, Nag Ashwin's regular, was also working on this movie, but things have changed. The lyrics and background score will be written by Santhosh Narayanan, who is well-known for his roles in "Kabali" and "Dasara." On board to write one song is a female bollywood composer. ashwini dutt responded that all information regarding the cast and crew would be released later when asked why he switched composers. Release day for "Project K" is set for january 12, 2024.

Most of the fans aren't happy with the decision of bringing Santosh Narayanan as they expected AR rahman or Anirudh as it would elevate the composition to next level. Only time has to tell, if it's the right decision or not!
