How was the money ‘leakage’ problem fixed? Jaishankar explains in his signature style

Speaking on the importance of G20, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar shared that many countries had asked that how did we fix leakage problem. He said, “The problem- When Rs 10 left Delhi and only Re 1 reached…first we fixed it by having a different party in power, then applied technology.”
