Archery centre set up in rebel-hit Mahuadnr

Daltonganj: An archery training centre was inaugurated on the premises of St Joseph’s School located at Mahuadnr in Latehar district on Friday by Manika Congress MLA Ramchander Singh and Latehar deputy commissioner Bhor Singh Yadav.
Mahuadanr circle officer Amrender Dang said, “The centre is a temporary start. We are scouting for a five-acre plot to build the centre. ”
Manika MLA Ramchander Singh told TOI, “While Simdega and Gumla are known as the epicentre of hockey, Mahuadanr has immense potentiality for archery. Budding archers can hone their talent here.” TNN
