Video of man chopping off fingers of man on suspicion murder in Punjab goes viral, users shocked | Watch
It was reported that the police have registered an FIR and charged the accused with 365 (kidnapping), 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention), 379-B (snatching), and other various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A spine-chilling video has come to light from Punjab’s Mohali where a man suspected of murder was seen getting his fingers amputated by another man went viral. The victim was identified as Hardeep Singh.
In the video, two men can be seen pinning Harshdeep on the ground as they went on to hold his hand out and amputate it with a knife. The video also shows Harshdeep begging for mercy.
The video also shows Harshdeep’s fingers getting chopped off in a barbaric manner. The victim can be heard wailing and shrieking in pain.

It was reported that the police informed the media that a case has already been registered in the matter and they are probing further. However, it was reported that the police haven’t nabbed the accused in the video despite having video evidence of the matter.
As per reports, the incident transpired on February 8 and is said to be a vindictive act for a murder that happened six months ago.
It was reported that the police have registered an FIR and charged the accused with 365 (kidnapping), 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention), 379-B (snatching), and other various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The incident transpired near the cremation ground in Badmajra.

After the shocking video of the incident went viral, many users came forward to add their take on the video. One user wrote and said that the way the law and order situation is being disregarded everyday, things will worsen with time.
Another user termed and called the act as wicked, implying the cold-blooded manner of amputation shows a barbaric outlook. The user also condemned the act.
Another user wrote and said that this is the new Punjab, implying that such spine-chilling cases are on the rise now and will continue to prevail.

Man forced to chant Bharat Mata ki Jai, kneel, apologise in Goa for cheering Pakistan cricket team | Watch
The incident reportedly escalated on Thursday and so far, no police action has been taken in the matter according to reports.

A story has come to light from Goa’s Calangute where a man was forced by a mob to appologise, kneel and chant Bharat Mata Ki Jai. As per the reports, the man came under the scanner after a video of the man supporting the Pakistan cricket team went viral.
In the video, the man can be seen surrounded by a group of men who can be directing him and grilling him for supporting the Pak cricket team. The man can be seen kneeling down subsequently after and appologising and saying that he loves India.
The man can also be seen raising Bharat Mata Ki Jai as the people around him also follow suit and raise the same slogans.

As per the reports, the incident transpired after a video of a vlogger traveling the North goa area eating food. During the YouTuber’s vlog, the man can be seen watching the New Zealand match with Pakistan.
Upon being asked by the vlogger who the man is supporting, the man can be heard saying that he is supporting the Pakistan cricket team as this is a Muslim area.
The incident reportedly escalated on Thursday and so far, no police action has been taken in the matter according to reports.

After the video of the incident surfaced on the internet, many users came forward to add their take on the incident as one user wrote and said that doing this will not help the case and further wrote that the country needs more laws against anti-nationals. The user further wrote and said that even after living and earning a living in the country, the man has the audacity to support another country.
The user further wrote that the man should be deported.
One user also wrote and said that in New Zealand vs Pakistan cricket match, one cannot support the better of the two teams.

IndiGo flight to Delhi makes emergency landing in Bhopal for medical emergency
It was reported that after the flight landed at the Bhopal airport, the airport team took prompt action and in time got the ailing passenger off and shifted him to the nearest hospital.

An IndiGo flight traveling from Cochin to Delhi earlier this week was forced to do an emergency landing at the Bhopal airport. As per reports, the flight was diverted to the Bhopal airport owing to a medical emergency on board.
Although the details of the medical emergency are yet to be reported, the Bhopal Airport issued a statement where it said that the IndiGo flight 6E 2407 traveling from Cochin to Delhi was diverted to Bhopal owing to a medical emergency on board. The statement also apologized to the passengers for the inconvenience caused to other passengers.
It was reported that after the flight landed at the Bhopal airport, the airport team took prompt action and in time got the ailing passenger off and shifted him to the nearest hospital.
Another incident of emergency landing
Another case of a similar nature transpired in an Air India flight from New York to Delhi. The Delhi-bound flight was diverted to London due to the deteriorating health of a passenger, according to reports.
Another flight originating from Calicut was diverted to Thiruvananthapuram after the flight suffered from an operational issue. As per the reports, the flight’s tail hit the surface when the flight took off after which the pilots concurred and went for the emergency landing.
As per the reports, after learning about and conferring with the pilots, the airport staff declared an emergency at the Thiruvananthapuram airport. Although, fortunately, the flight landed safely on.
An issued statement said that the Air India Express flight IX 385 with 168 passengers on board made a safe landing at Thiruvananthapuram at 12:15 pm subsequently after which the passengers were offboarded. The statement also read that the airline will make arrangements for the passengers to reach their destination on an alternative flight and promptly schedule a flight that took off from the airport in Thiruvananthapuram.

Railways cancel over 300 Trains on 25 Feb, 98 partially cancelled, see full list here

Indian Railways on February 25 cancelled over 300 trains due to various maintenance-related issues. As per the reports, 98 more trains were partially cancelled due to the same.
Indian Railways cancel more than thousands of trains every week owing to the upkeep work on the train tracks, platforms, over bridges.
For refunds, passengers who booked their tickets from the IRCTC website will be refunded for the same into their source account. Whereas, passengers who booked their tickets from the ticket counter will require to visit the reservation center to process the refund.
