Trading Members are hereby informed that Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd. (scrip code: 531628) has signed the Agreement with both the Depositories.

In this regard, the modalities for settlement of trades executed in the scrip of the Company  w.e.f.  Monday, February 27, 2023  (Sett. No. DR-728/2022-2023) would be as follows:-

1.     The scrip would be traded in Trade to Trade Segment for reasons other than non-signing of agreements with depositories. However, the trades in scrip would be required to be settled in compulsory demat form.

2.       All trades executed in the scrip would be in market lot of 1 Equity share

3.       Netting will not be allowed in the scrip.

4.      Shortages in the scrip would be directly closed-out.

5.      Existing ISIN No.  INE173E01019
