A five-year boy who was abducted while he was playing next to his mother near a liquor store at Champapet five days ago, was rescued from Nalgonda by Saidabad police on Thursday. Cops arrested a rag picker for abduction and a scrap vendor for purchasing the boy for Rs 500. On February 18 afternoon, the boy, who is the son of a 23-year-old beggar from Saidabad, was allegedly abducted by Pandu, a rag picker from Nalgonda, when the boy and his mother were near Champapet Wines liquor store.
