We are waiting for elections in Jammu and Kashmir for past 9 years: Ghulam Nabi Azad

Democratic Progressive Azad Party Chief Ghulam Nabi Azad talked to the media regarding the imposition of new property tax in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He criticised the step and said first government should focus on conduction of elections in the state and development rather than imposing new taxes.He said, “We are waiting for elections here for the past 9 years. The elected government should make laws in the region.”
