Congress Moves Supreme Court After Pawan Khera's Arrest
The Congress has moved the Supreme Court seeking consolidation of all cases filed across the country against arrested party leader Pawan Khera. His party colleague Randeep Singh Surjewala mentioned the matter before Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud today. The CJI asked him to mention the matter at 3 pm.
A request was received from Assam Police for assistance in the arrest of Pawan Khera and based upon the same, requisite local assistance was provided and upon requisition of Assam Police, Pawan Khera was detained from Terminal 1 of IGI Airport and has been subsequently arrested by the IO concerned of Assam Police, said Delhi Police sources.

IndiGo Airline said: "A passenger was deplaned by the police at the Delhi airport from Raipur-bound flight 6E 204. Some other passengers have also decided to deboard on their own accord. We are following the advice of the concerned authorities. The flight is delayed as of now and we regret the inconvenience caused to other passengers."
