Share price of Indian Oil Corp. falls as Nifty weakens

The stock hit a high price of Rs 78.8 and low of Rs 77.4 during the session.

The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 18.79 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:48PM shares and turnover at Rs 5.22 crore around that time.

The stock of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 90.67 and Rs 65.2, respectively.

The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.4.

Promoters held 51.5 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2022, while FIIs held 7.01 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 11.53 per cent.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 233876.46 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2022, up 0.03 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 233800.98 crore and up 40.48 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 166482.22 crore.

Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 773.23 crore, down 87.41 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
