Share price of Page Industries Ltd. gained 0.23 per cent to Rs 38621.5 at 01:17PM (IST) in Tuesday's trade. The scrip hit a high of Rs 39059.45 and low of Rs 38304.25 so far during the session. The stock had closed at Rs 38532.1 in the previous session.

The counter had a total traded volume of 01:17PM shares so far with a turnover of Rs 1.16 crore on BSE. The stock traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 63.11 and a price-to-book ratio of 44.25.

A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price for per rupee earnings given by the stock because of better future growth expectations.

The price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business.

Promoters held 46.12 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2022, while foreign investors and domestic institutional investors ownership stood at 24.66 per cent and 18.82 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
The firm reported consolidated net sales of Rs 1224.9 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2022, down 2.61 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 1257.69 crore and down 2.34 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 1196.94 crore.

Its profit for the latest quarter stood at Rs 123.73 crore, down 29.12 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
