Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, the grandson of the legendary film actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao, passed away on February 18 at the age of 39. According to reports, Taraka Ratna's funeral will be held on February 20 at Mahaprasthanam in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Ratna died due to cardiac arrest while he was taking part in the Yuvagalam Padayatra of TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh in Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh.

The mortal remains of the actor have now been brought back to his home in Mokila, Rangareddy district. His body has been kept at his residence in Mokila and will be taken to the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce on Monday morning at 7 am. The funeral rites will be performed later in the evening.

Ratna was moved to Narayana Hrudayalaya hospital in Bangalore for better treatment, where he was being treated at Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences. The actor was not just a famous politician but also a prominent film actor in the Telugu film industry. He was known for his roles in films like Amaravathi, Okato Number Kurradu, and Manasunte Chalu. His demise has left his family and fans in a state of shock. The entire film industry and his fans are mourning his untimely demise.
