Postures and gestures of the body

Your body says a lot about you. It is critical that we pay attention to our body language. There are also some postures and gestures that must be observed. Seeking permission to enter, greeting with a smile, sitting straight without unnecessary movements, and maintaining good eye contact are all important aspects.

Make Use of Appropriate Language

It should go without saying that you should use professional language during the interview. Be wary of any inappropriate slang or references to age, race, religion, politics, or sexual orientation—these topics could get you kicked out quickly.

Speak to the point

It is critical that we do not overspeak when responding to the interviewer. Speaking much more than what is requested may work against you. You may say something that the organisation does not want to hear.

Don't give the impression of desperation

When you approach an interview with the "please, please hire me" attitude, you appear desperate and insecure. During the interview, be cool, calm, and confident.

Honest

Stop being untrustworthy. Keep this in mind because thinking you can fool the interviewers by concealing the truth does not work at all. You will be exposed in one of the questions. So always tell them the truth, even if it's something negative about you.
