LIVE: Indiana basketball falls to Northwestern in final seconds

No. 15 (USA Today) Indiana basketball visits Northwestern with second place in the Big Ten on the line.

Both teams are 18-7 overall, 9-5 in conference play and have won three consecutive games. Both also recently defeated then-No. 1 Purdue. Northwestern beat IU 84-83 on Jan. 8 in Bloomington.

Trayce Jackson-Davis and Jalen Hood-Schifino, who scored 33 points in the earlier matchup, lead the Hoosiers. Boo Buie and Chase Audige (45 points combined on Jan. 8) lead the Wildcats.

Trayce Jackson-Davis has 2,032 career points, 6th most in Hoosiers history. Just ahead of him is his coach, Mike Woodson, who scored 2,061 points between 1976-80. TJD is 3rd in IU career rebounding with 1,046, 41 behind Walt Bellamy. Jackson-Davis already holds IU's blocked shots record with 244.
