Amazon Pay, Zomato Payment and the CAMS are among the 32 online payment aggregators that have received in-principal authorisation from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to operate as payment aggregators. While the RBI has given its nod to 32 payment aggregators, 18 others are under the process. Check the full list here:

"We are thrilled to receive the in-principle authorisation to operate as a payment aggregator to create a much more robust and inclusive digital payment stack for the chosen merchant segments that we operate in, delivering a variety of acceptance options," CAMSPay CEO Vasanth Jeyapaul said in a statement.

Among the payment aggregators that have received the RBI nod include Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, Google India Digital Services Private Limited, Infibeam Avenues Limited, In-Solutions Global Limited, NSDL Database Management Limited, Paymate India Private Limited, Paysharp Private Limited, Razorpay Software Private Limited, Reliance Payment Solutions Limited, Worldline ePayments India Private Limited and Zomato Payments Private Limited.

The companies whose applications are under process with the RBI include Adyen India Technology Services Private Limited, Bhartipay Services Private Limited, Global Payments Asia-Pacific (India) Private Limited, Hiveloop Internet Private Limited, Letzpay Solution Private Limited, Marg Fintech Private Limited, Paygate India Private Limited, PhonePe Private Limited, Unimoni Enterprise Solutions Private Limited and Zaak Epayment Services Private Limited.
