Woman stuck inside ATM, rescued

Ludhiana: A woman sanitary worker deputed at the deputy commissioner office on Tuesday was stuck inside an ATM kiosk in the mini secretariat for about two hours. The authorities had to cut the shutter to rescue the woman.
According to the employees ofthe DC office, the shutter of the ATM kiosk located near the employee's parking lot, was faulty. The shutter would to fall down itself and to prevent it the bank employees had put a stick under the shutter.
On Tuesday sanitary worker Reshmi entered the ATM kiosk to clean it. All of a sudden the shutter fell down and she was stuck inside. The woman tried but couldn’t pull it up. She screamed for help and started kicking the shutter. She people noticed it and tried to pull up the shutter but failed.Thereafter the police and the bank officials were informed. The bank officials cut open the shutter and rescued the woman. tnn
