Mayor should not have resigned, Feb. 13
Like Rosie DiManno, I don’t believe John Tory should have stepped down. By all accounts, he seems to be doing a good job as mayor and the craziness and controversy at city hall seem to have abated.
Yes, there was a lapse in judgment, but that should not impact his ability to do the job to which he was elected.
Imbalance of power, between men and the women in subordinate positions to them, is no longer the big thing it was in my grandmother’s time.
