Rihanna wanted to display a message of empowerment and to show that you can balance it all and make your dreams come true. She feels so confident and appreciative in this moment. Rihanna is thrilled with how her halftime performance went. There were changes and tweaks up until the end, but she feels so happy with her choices and the final result."
Rihanna actually teased her pregnancy ahead of the show, telling CBS Sports, "I'm thinking about bringing someone, I'm not sure. We'll see." Obviously, everyone went ahead and assumed she was talking about a surprise musical guest, but clearly she had other things in mind!
Reminder that Rihanna previously said her son inspired her to do the Super Bowl, explaining in a pre-show press conference that: “When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you can take on the world and do anything.
