Pedestrian hit, killed by car in National City identified
James Stuart of National City was killed in the crash on East 11th Street near Harbison Avenue on Jan. 29, the Medical Examiner’s Office said
A pedestrian hit and killed by a car two weeks ago in National City has been identified as a 67-year-old man.
James Stuart was injured when a Honda sedan struck him on East 11th Street near Harbison Avenue about 5:50 p.m. on Jan. 29, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
After the crash, the driver stopped and called 911, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
Paramedics took Stuart to a hospital, where he died.
