Plans afoot for Amritsar-Delhi Vande Bharat

Jalandhar: Union minister of state for commerce and industry Som Prakash has said Rs 4,762 crore have been earmarked in the Union Budget for rail projects and Vande Bharat Express train will be run between Delhi and Amritsar in near future. He said a plan had been made to install ‘one station, one product, one stall’ at 15 stations in Punjab. Addressing a press conference, Prakash said work was going on in Punjab on 16 projects with a cost of Rs 24,427 crore. TNN
