Disabled woman found dead in farm field in Karnataka

MANDYA: The body of a woman was found in an agricultural field near Nidaghatta gate of Malavalli taluk of Mandya district on Monday evening.
The deceased is Pujabai, 27, of Kategoudanadoddy in Malavalli taluk, police said. Pujabai was disabled and had gone to her husband's house on Sunday, her parents told the cops.
The family members suspect that she could have been murdered and have complained to the police.
Police visited the spot and launched an investigation. The post-mortem report will indicate the cause of death.
