Chikodi dy registrar in Lokayukta net

Belagavi: Lokayukta sleuths a senior deputy registrar of Chikodi and two persons while they were accepting a bribe on Tuesday.
Senior deputy registrar GP Shivaraju, his assistant Hussain Imamsab Rehmanbhai along with a computer operator Sandeep Shankar Patil were caught. The raid was conducted by Lokayukta SP Yashoda Vantagudi.
According to press release, he sought Rs 30,000 from Raju Paschapure of Ichalakaranji in Maharashtra for registration of property documents, which he bought at Donewadi village. Raju paid government fees and complained to the Lokayukta. tnn
