Manipur Technology Innovation hub is organizing the BINER 2.0 at its campus.

Building Sustainable Incubator Ecosystem in North East Region (BINER) 2.0 is a 2-day training program designed for business incubation managers and other stakeholders, particularly from the NE region wishing to increase their understanding and know-how of the incubation process to help build them their capacity and influence the success of their incubators.
