• ⦿ Byungjin is unable to connect to Inwoo as the ball goes past him with Korea attempting a counter-attack.
• ⦿Seo Inwoo gets Korea’s first goal of the match as he flicks one off reverse and Korea 1- 4 Netherlands
• ⦿Steijn van Heijningen attempts a goal, however, Lee Seunghoon gets the ball deflected from his stick that goes into the corner of the net passing Kim Jaehyeon. Netherlands 4-0

THIRD QUARTER

• ⦿ The Dutch makes the best off the third quarter as they score two back-to back goals within six minutes gap.
• ⦿ Korea gets two consecutive penalty corner as Jang hits one onto the post and it de Vilder pushes it away.
• ⦿Blok chips in one off a pass and it goes through Kim Jaehyeon’s defence and the Oranje leads 3-0
• ⦿Bijen scores off a penalty corner rebound as Netherlands leads 2-0

SECOND QUARTER

• ⦿ Steijn van Heijningen gets injured in his face along with the umpire who is also hit on the face due to the ball’s bounce. Reserve umpire Raghu Prasad is brought to the field.
• ⦿ Consecutive PCs for Korea.
• ⦿Brinkman enters the circle through the left flank and passes it on to Bijen, who deflects it to the goal. DUTCH LEADS 1-0
• ⦿ Blaak clashes with Junwoo as the Korean attempts to deflect the ball into the goal. However, the the ball goes away.
• ⦿ Jeong Junwoo gets a green card due to a rough tackle. Korea will be player short for two minutes.

FIRST QUARTER

• ⦿ Penalty corner for the Dutch. However they fail to get it through and instead Koreans lead a reprisal to the Netherlands D.
• ⦿ Jungjun takes a stop after an aerial ball was passed, however, Brinkman blocks him from scoring. The Oranje counter- attacks with Terrance Pieters leading the ambush, however, Korean goalkeeper Kim Jaehyeon saves it.
• ⦿ PC for Netherlands and Janssen misses, as it hits Junwoo’s body and deflects it off the circle.
• ⦿ First penalty corner goes Korea’s way. Jonghyun misses the opportunity, however even the rebound is steered clear by the ‘keeper Blaak.
• ⦿ The anthems of the two teams are being played.

• ⦿ Gonzalo Peillat brings Germany a PC as the ball hits Park’s foot. However, Germans are unable to convert. They draw against England. It will be a penalty shootout to decide the team who will face Australia in the semifinals.
• ⦿ Can Germany make a brilliant comeback?
• ⦿ANOTHER PENALTY STROKE AND TOM GRAMBUSCH COMES TO TAKE IT AND SCORES THE EQUALISER IN THE FINAL MOMENTS OF THE MATCH!
• ⦿With two minutes remaining, German captain attacked the base line as MATS GRAMBUSCH DEFLECTS OFF THE PASS AND GERMANY SCORES!
• ⦿Ruhr hits the bar during the Penalty stroke as Payne goes the opposite way and its pressure all the way for the Germans.
• ⦿Penalty stroke for Germany as Waller hits the stick of Wellen.
• ⦿ With five minutes to go, Germany takes off their keeper Stadler and go on with another player.
• ⦿ Seven minutes to go and Germany needs to get more circle penetration and attempt to score often.
• ⦿ Wellen runs into the circle using the left flank, but Payne saves it as the German tries to score near the end line.

THIRD QUARTER

• ⦿ Sanford lies down in the field. The two teams seem to be having a tiff on the field. Both the team captains are called and a bit of banter is witnessed between the two captains.
• ⦿ Ruhr gets a yellow card for Germany, who will field a 10 man team for five minutes.
• ⦿ENGLAND LEADS 2-0 AS LIAM ANSELL IMPROVISES DURING A PENALTY CORNER AS HE MOVES INFRONT INSTEAD OF HIS ORIGINAL POSITION AND FLICKS TO HIT ONE TO THE RIGHT FAR CORNER
• ⦿ Two consecutive PC’s for England, the increased reaction time by the England flickers makes it easy for the German defenders.
• ⦿ Green card for Germany’s Oruz due to a stick on stick tackle. German squad will be a man down for two minutes.

SECOND QUARTER

• ⦿ Another goal saved as Peillat flicks the ball to Payne pushed the ball to the side line.
• ⦿ Germany earns the first PC of the match and Sorsby reads it well and stops it.
• ⦿ Wallace goes into the circle and flicks it straight into Ansell’s foot, who was in front of the goalpost.
• ⦿ England captain Ames stops a tomahawk by Germany.
• ⦿ The man-to-man marking by the England team makes it hard for Germany to adapt. Will there be a German goal this time or will England maintain its record?
• ⦿ Wellen and Trompertz fail to connect pass and England gets its ball.
• ⦿ Hinrichs and Grambusch lead the German attack in the second quarter.

FIRST QUARTER

• ⦿Rushmere tackles and manages to go past two German defenders by dribbling the ball past them inside the D and Wallace taps the ball into the goal with three minutes left for the end of first quarter. ENG LEADS 1-0
