PATNA: The second AIIMS in Bihar will come up in Bahadurpur circle near Darbhanga bypass. The upcoming health institute will be spread across 150 acres of land.
State health department additional chief secretary Pratyaya Amirt confirmed about the location which had been selected after the nod from CM
Nitish Kumar.
Amrit said a letter has also been sent in this regard to Darbhanga DM on Monday. CM Nitish Kumar had said AIIMS would come up at a separate location, away from DMCH, where it was supposed to be built.
