ED quizzes Sahibganj DC for 7 hours

Ranchi: The enforcement directorate (ED) on Monday interrogated Sahibganj deputy commissioner Ramniwas Yadav for almost seven hours in connection with the Rs 1,000 crore illegal mining and money laundering case in the district.
The DC, who heads the district task force responsible for curbing illegal mining, arrived at the ED office at Hinoo in Ranchi at 11 am. Sources in the ED said the DC has been summoned again on February 6 to give his reply to some of the questions asked on Monday.
