Kite festival inaugurated

Kanpur: Kite festival was celebrated at Chandra Shekhar Azad Agricultural and Technological university ground on Sunday. Besides 70 professional kite flyers, around 500 persons enjoyed the kite flying Divisional Commissioner Raj Shekhar inaugurated the festival and announced that the kite festival will be observed every year on Sunday before Makar Sankranti. He released colorful balloons in the sky and inaugurated the festival. The participants apart from kite flying also enjoyed the taste of various recipes.
