The Students of south Delhi-based Business Schools Jagannath International Management School at Kalkaji has come up with an initiative to have a platform to have conversation with leaders depicting grounds of entrepreneurial ingenious. It is titled "The JIMS Talks".

It has completed 4 episodes till now with astounding speakers; who always come forward with noble ideas and inspiring stories to interact with aspiring entrepreneurs of the nation.

The first guest was the well-reputed founder of DaurCom and Bliss Foundation & CGO of FrutX Industries Mr. Utkarsh Gupta who joined the show for headlining the first episode

Continuing further with the speaker for the second episode was Mr. Amit Malhotra He is a serial entrepreneur, a leader and a veteran in the building industry. Founder of McCoy Mart, which is India’s first marketplace for construction professionals. The President of the Confederation of Construction Products and Services (CCPS), the founder of WFM Media. His Entrepreneurial Journey was inspiring for every student out there.

Episode - 3 No Shame Movement promoted by Actor & IAS Abhishek Singh. Highlighting third episode was an individual with inestimable achievements. He is the Deputy commissioner of Delhi; a very reputed IAS officer who came forward with his noble initiative “No shame Movement” through his NGO “United By Blood” to raise a step towards grievances young girls face nearly on daily basis. It's a step towards addressing the vulnerabilities that young girls face due to 'non-consensual image sharing'. In such situations, they become more liable to be exploited, even to the extent that they are coerced to commit crimes. The talk show took place on the 3rd of January, 2023 and was handled remarkably well by the students and faculty at JIMS, Kalkaji.

Episode - 4 was on The Journey behind JustDial - India's No. 1 local search engine by its co-founder Mr. Ramani Iyer, a well reputed Entrepreneur and Angel Investor.

An immense privilege to acknowledge the stories from his life; from the time when he was only a neophyte. How he sowed the seed of his managerial skills with his food delivery business as a simple idea of serving hot homemade packed lunches to office goers. From the man who prepared food for several people to the man who now holds a renowned position at entrenched companies like Justdial and Spykke Ltd. The talk show came to pass on the 9th of January, 2023 and was held exceptionally well by the students and faculty at JIMS, Kalkaji.
