BJP will come back to power: former Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa

KALABURAGI: The atmosphere across the state is in favour of BJP and the party will come back to power said former chief minister BS Yediyurappa.
The members of the BJP national executive spoke to reporters at the Kalaburagi Airport on Saturday before departing to Vijayapura to participate in Vijaya Sankalpa Yatra. He said no power in the state will stop BJP from coming in power. “Many people have declared themselves as chief minister and wandering about daydreaming, but that will not be possible,” he said.
“It is our good fortune that a person like Modi is our prime minister. We will come to power again under his leadership only. We have started touring across the state and PM Narendra Modi will visit the state three-four times more,” he said.
Countering DK Shivakumar’s statement that there is lack of leadership in BJP, Yediyurappa said, “Congress has not done anything. Let them come forward and tell two three works that they have done. Had Congress leaders done good works then they would not have lost power. They must speak responsibly.” TNN
